Scheduling Conflict Sees New Sponsor For May 28th Event

(Woodhull, NY) An eleventh- hour sponsor change at the Woodhull Raceway will find Welsh Drilling of Addison coming on board to market the May 28, 2022 event at the historic Steuben County oval.


“Due to a scheduling conflict we needed to make a change in our nightly sponsor for the May 28 event at the track, stated Woodhull Raceway owner, Nikki Brewer. Originally Rent A Tent of Mansfield was set to go, then we had to do a switch and add Welsh Well Drilling into that spot. Rent a Tent will be back at a later date."


Rodney Welsh of Welsh Well Drilling, Cr 119 just outside of Addison, NY is pleased to be onboard at Woodhull as a nightly event sponsor of the May 28 event which will feature a Great 8 Show including the Joe Willcox Performance Street Stock, 20 lap, $1,000 to win A-main. Also, on the card it will be a regular show of the Insinger Performance Modifieds, the NAPA 602 Crate Sportsman and the Armstrong RUSH Crate Late Model Divisions. In addition, the Hobby Stocks, Wicked Tee’s sponsored Mini Stocks and Warriors along with Front Wheel Drive’s make up the program.

Both pit and grandstand gates for the May 28 event open at 4:30 pm with racing at 6:30 pm.
