Pepsi and Twin Tier Detailing Present 270-Micro Sprints And Backpack Giveaway

(WOODHULL,NY) Small, but powerful. A sight to be seen on ‘New York’s Toughest Bullring.’ The 270 Micro Sprints invade Woodhull Raceway on Saturday night which the micro teams have named the ‘High Banks National’.
A generous purse and countless numbers of contingencies will be on the line for the 270 micro contingent, including additives to the overall purse and several product gift certificates being up for grabs.
Pepsi and Twin Tier Detailing will be on hand to present the racing action at the ‘highbanks’. Twin Tier Detailing is located in Painted Post, NY. They can help you with all over your car detailing needs.
Kids will also get a chance to win a backpack this Saturday, August 17. A ticket will be given to each kid upon entry to the races. Throughout the night ticket numbers will be drawn. It’s a great way to help get the kids get excited to head back to school. Along with the backpacks some teams have geared up to put some school supplies in backpacks. Any race team wishing to do this can bring the supplies to the Jr. Fan Booth to be put in the backpacks.
As in weeks past, the Jr. Fan Booth will have a number of cars behind the grandstands before the races. Fans are encouraged to come check them out, say hi, and even grab a picture. This week some of our Daugherty Auto Sales and Service Woodhull Warriors will be behind the grandstands along with some of the 270-Micro drivers.
All of our divisions will be on hand this Saturday. Including the Insinger Performance Modifieds, NAPA Crate Sportsman, Cummings Trucking RUSH Crate Late Models, Joe Willcox Performance Automatics Street Stocks, Woodhull Auto Supply Hobby Stocks, Johnson’s Auto Supply FWD and Daugherty Auto Sales and Service Mini Stocks and Woodhull Warriors.
Fans can find their way into the grandstands Saturday at 4:30 for only $13 for adults 13 and up. Seniors and ages 8-12 will be $7. Our weekly Early Bird Special runs from 4:30-5:30 and offers $1 off general admission. Children 7 and under are always free at Woodhull Raceway. Free camping is offered on the speedway grounds for those wishing to make it a weekend of family, friends and dirt track racing.
The pit area will open at 3:30PM, with pit pass fees being set at $30.

Woodhull Raceway is located in Woodhull, NY, just 30 minutes West of Corning, NY and competes weekly on Saturday nights from mid-April through Labor Day Weekend. The track offers several special events including the Patriot Sprint Tour 360 Sprints in May and July and the Short Track Super Series Modifieds in early-August.
