Rain Forces Woodhull Raceway to Cancel Dave’s Custom Logging and NAPA Auto Parts Night

(WOODHULL,NY)- The weather forecast wasn’t promising this morning but was fair. As the day went on the weather turned for the worst. Mother Nature turned on us yet again.
The rain that had already fallen and with more rain scheduled to hit the ‘high banks’ later in the evening, owner, Ted White made the call to cancel tonight’s racing action.
The scheduled NAPA Auto Parts Crate Sportsman ‘King of the Bullring’ event will be made up a date to be determined. Racing will continue as scheduled next weekend, July 13, with the Patriot Sprint Tour.

Woodhull Raceway can be found in Woodhull, NY, just 30 minutes West of Corning, NY, competing weekly on Saturday nights from mid-April all the way until Labor Day Weekend. The track offers numerous special events including the Patriot Sprint Tour 360 Sprints and the Short Track Super Series Modifieds in early-August.
