(WOODHULL,NY)- RLB Trucking and Team 25 team up this weekend, June 1 to present the Scott Dennison Memorial. This race is annual and extends the Joe Willcox Performance Automatics Street Stocks 15 laps, making it a 35-lap event.

The event started officially in 2005 to pay tribute to a fallen Woodhull racer who was tragically killed on the frontstretch at “New York’s Toughest Bullring” in an ATV racing accident. Dennison is remembered as a very likeable and missed presence in the Woodhull Raceway pit area.

Dennison lived and breathed his family and anything that went fast. The first Scott Dennison Memorial took place in 2005 and was won by Ken Peoples Sr. in his famous truck bodied No. 5k. The event started out being held in the Super Stock division in 2005 and 2006.

But as the Super Stocks were phased out and the 360 Late Models were phased in, the Scott Dennison race migrated to the Late Models. In 2017, Woodhull Raceway management transitioned this prestigious race back to the Street Stock division.

Ten different drivers have won the Scott Dennison Memorial, including 2017 Street Stock division champion Dylan Cecce. Four drivers have even won the race twice- Jeremy Wonderling, Bruce Miller, Glenn Whritenour and Dylan Cecce. However, it’s unsure how many previous winners will be in attendance this weekend.

The exclusive list of Scott Dennison Memorial winners include:
