WOODHULL, REDLINE, CLINTON COUNTY, ARNOT MALL CAR SHOW INFORMATION
(Woodhull, NY) Attention all race teams that have already registered or plan on registering their cars for the upcoming Arnot Mall Car Show. Listed below are basic criteria that you will need to know prior to this year’s event.
1) Please make sure that you have registered for the car show. Just because you have filled out a driver registration form that doesn’t mean that you are registered for the car show. These are two totally different registrations. 2) If you are registered and can’t make the car show, please be responsible enough to call and cancel 48 hours prior to the night of entry into the Arnot Mall. To register phone the track office at 607-458-5616 or preferably e-mail thru the track web site at www.woodhullraceway.com. 3) Each team that has a car entered must have a representative of that car at Center Court of the Arnot Mall no later than 8:00 pm for a brief meeting. NO PAPERWORK will be mailed out. You will be given a map and shown your designated spot when you arrive at the meeting. 4) No cars will be allowed in prior to 10:00 pm, consequently everyone must be in line prior to that for entry. 5) The Mall has stricter protocol this year in regards to liquid car and tire shining agents and under car floor protection so please read the following very, very closely. Pads must be placed under the entire vehicle including tires and the entire undercarriage. Like last year the entire area under the car must be covered so come prepared. Carpeting, Cardboard or other materials may be used. No tape is to be used on floors in and around display areas. Please allow tire polishes, such as Armor All to dry before entering the Mall. If you use any type of tire or body polish during the show and these polishes cause stain to any tire, wood or carpeting, you will be personally billed for the cost of cleaning. The track will not be responsible for any misdoings. Gas tanks must be locked or taped. Batteries must be disconnected. 10 feet must be maintained between store fronts and all vehicle displays. 4 feet must be maintained between benches and all vehicle displays Do not leave vehicles in neutral Displays are limited to 7 feet high in most Mall locations No strobe lights or high intensity lighting, no smoke producing devices, no open flames or candles allowed.
THE ABSOLUTE LATEST THAT YOU CAN REGISTER FOR THE CAR SHOW IS WEDNESDAY, MARCH 26, 2007 AT 6:00 PM. THIS INCLUDES ALL CARS AND SPONSORS WHO WISH TO HAVE A DISPLAY AREA. After that a floor plan has to be submitted to the management of the Arnot Mall. Consequently, if you snooze, you loose!
It is anticipated that 1 additional Press Release will be issued prior to the Woodhull Raceway/Redline Raceway/Clinton County Speedway Arnot Mall Car Show. It will include exciting news about this year’s Car Show Theme and will suggest ways for each car that is present at this year’s Arnot Mall Car Show to better generate fan interest.
