CHECKLIST FOR WOODHULL RACEWAY ARNOT MALL CAR SHOW.

1)           No displays over 7’ tall.

2)           No strobe lights, open flame devices or lit candles, smoke producing devices.

3)           No firearms, knives or weapons.

4)           No consumption of alcohol or drugs in the common area, food court or parking.

5)           No parking of any race vehicles or trailers inside the “Green Line” in parking lot

6)           No liquid wax or liquid tire polishes.

7)           No oil or water leaks.

8)           No race car can be parked within 4’ of a bench or 10’ of a store front once inside.  Any vehicles parked inside a store front are exempt from this rule.

9)           No starting of any race vehicles on Arnot Mall property including the parking lot.

Plastic is mandatory under the entire vehicle.  If you use carpeting, plastic under the carpeting is still required.  Come prepared with plastic!

Bring a tape measure along.  It will help speed up the final parking process.

Anyone wishing to leave their car hauler on the Arnot Mall site will be allowed to do so.  There will be a designated parking spot which will be revealed on Friday, March 23.

There will be a MANDATORY meeting for all registered cars on Friday, March 23 at 8:00 pm at Center Court .  Only one person per vehicle, please.  At that time each car will receive a map of the mall, entry door, order of entry as well as your designated parking spot.

As in year’s past, you are responsible for your respective race vehicle.  If you leak or drip and cause damage to any tile or carpeting you will be held liable by the Arnot Mall Management.  The Woodhull Raceway will not be held accountable.
